How can I consult Country Corner products?

On the home page, you can search for a product using the menu bar at the top of the page.
Searching can be done in various ways.
By clicking on "deco", you can access the various families of products. Then, once you have selected a category, you will have the details of the various articles that it includes. By clicking on "furniture", you will have access to the various universes. Then, after selecting a universe, you will see the various pieces of furniture in this set. By clicking on "collections", you will have the choice of clicking on "furniture" or on "deco", then you will have the various collections for each category.
All of the models appearing on this site and in our catalogue have been registered and are the exclusive property of our company. All reproduction is strictly forbidden.

How can I find the technical features of a product?

Once your search has been confirmed, a results page appears. The referenced products then appear in the form of images containing the photo of the product and some technical features. To access the complete description of a product, click on the photo. The characteristics of the article are displayed, indicating the reference, the name, the dimensions, the price, the associated articles, and the availability. Associated products mean the frames for engravings or flames for the TDF signs.
In the interest of improving the line of products offered, the models and their dimensions may be modified. Likewise, as some furniture and objects appearing in this catalogue are individually made, their dimensions and finishing may undergo some slight variations which confirm their original and authentic nature.
The documents, photos and descriptions that appear in this catalogue are therefore not contractual. The information in the catalogue may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Our company may not be held responsible for the possible consequences of these errors.

I am looking for a specific article, where can I find it?

By using the search engine, you can do a search for articles by key word, by typing in the bar provided for this purpose the type of product you are seeking. A results page then appears containing the products corresponding to your key word.
Also, by clicking on the data entry form, you will have access to a page where you can directly type in the reference(s) of one or several product(s).
Once all of your references have been confirmed, click on "add to basket".

How do I select a product?

When you consult the CATALOGUE, click on "add to basket" under the image or in the product sheet to select the desired article, specifying the desired quantity, if necessary. You can then continue preparing your order.

What are the terms for placing an order?

Your orders will be processed according to our general and particular terms of sale. You can access the general and particular terms of sale by clicking on this link.
Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms, and they will take precedence over all other documents and particularly the terms of purchase of our customers. Only a contract that is signed by the representatives of both parties and which expressly excludes the application of these terms of sale can represent an exception to the principle stated above.

How do I confirm my order?

When you have finished your order, you can finalize it by clicking on the "my basket" section. This page recapitulates your choices. You can modify the number of articles to order and/or delete some of them. Then click on calculate to recalculate the total of your order.
Once your basket is ready, you can complete your order by clicking on "finalize my order". You then come to a page that presents a recapitulation of your data (contact information, customer code, invoicing address, delivery address, etc.). We invite you to check this information and to modify your delivery address if necessary. The other information can only be modified by our sales department. After confirming, you come to a summary page for your order. By clicking on "register the order", a window opens with a reminder of your transaction. You can then confirm your order at Country Corner.
You will then receive an E-mail confirming your order with the recapitulation.

How do I pay for my order?

The site does not offer payment on line. The mode of payment is the same as for orders by fax or by telephone with our sales team.

How is delivery made?

The delivery and invoicing terms are the same as those applicable to orders placed in paper form. You can modify the place of delivery during the process of entering your order.
Our sales team will contact you once your order has been confirmed to determine the delivery procedures.

How can I consult my orders in progress?

In the "my account" section, the "my orders" page gives the details of your furniture and decoration orders.

How can I consult my invoices?

In the "my account" section, the "my invoices" page gives the details of your invoices.
As a security measure, please contact our sales department directly if you want to modify the billing address or the E-mail address to which we will send the confirmation of receipt of your order.

How can I modify my contact information?

You can only modify your delivery addresses in the "my account" section, on the "my contact information" page. For all other modification requests, and as a security measure, please contact our sales department directly.
